Support with Scanning documents

During your course, you will be asked to upload evidence of your work. For some documents, like assignments, you may be able to use a 'drag and drop' feature. 

If you are trying to upload copies of evidence, assignments, risk assessments or consultation sheets from your practice or assessments, we need these in a particular format. 

We need these to be 

• Clear and straight, showing all information 

• All pages of the document being scanned together on one digital file (e.g. 4 images create 1 document)

• In pdf format

You may also be asked to add before and after pictures to this document. 

We have found a FREE APP that works on apple, android and other smart devices. It is also available on desktop, meaning if you have a laptop or pc, you can also log in and use it from there as well. If you sign up with an email account, you can use the same email address in the app and on desktop and all of your scanned documents will be there synced and ready 😀

The app is called CAMSCANNER

Below are our own quick tutorials to help you use it, but there is lots of help in the app, on the website or just on google in general.

Please remember, how you present your evidence is important! Please take the time to learn this transferrable skill. You will also find it useful at work, and in your everyday life!
