Using OneFile
OneFile Portfolio
OneFile is the portfolio system that our apprentices will use to keep track of your sessions, upload evidence and communicate with your assessor.Â
Your employee may have a different portfolio system - if you are unsure, please check with your STC contact
The apprentice, employer and assessor all have access to OneFile progress, so it is important that the apprentice keeps this up to date, and that they are confident using all of the features of this platform. As a bonus, this will also help them with their digital skills when taking on other tasks in the workplace, and in their wider personal life!
Getting to Grips with One File isn't difficult, but like anything new it just takes a bit of getting used to. One of our STC representatives can support you with using and tracking the progress of your employee on One File. You will be asked to participate in some reviews, and these will involve being signed on OneFile to confirm that you have been part of the process.
